Our Deposit & Cancellation policy is as follows:

Please take note of our Deposit & Cancellation policy, by booking in with us, you are confirming you understand and agree. There is a 50% deposits on all bookings, to be paid at the time of booking the appointment whether online via our booking system or over the phone. If you have a gift voucher, please call and quote your voucher number and we can use this as your deposit.

Any cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the booked appointment will forfeit your deposit. Outside of the 24 hour window your deposit will be transferred and used towards your future appointment.

There may be the opportunity to add on to your appointment (timing permitted), but not to shorten or remove treatments, the time has been especially reserved for you and the booking you made, so we are unable to make amendments/remove booked treatments on the day of your appointment.

When booking online, our booking system takes a 50% deposit to confirm your appointment, this comes off the overall price of your booking at the time of your treatment.
