Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Please take note of our cancellation policy, by booking in with us, you are confirming you understand and agree. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the booked appointment will result in a 50% charge which will need to be paid at the time of cancellation and before any future appointments can be made.
No show appointments will incur 50% of the missed appointment and a 50% deposit on future appointments before they can be confirmed. There may be the opportunity to add on to your appointment (timing permitted), but not to shorten or remove treatments, the time has been especially reserved for you and the booking you made, so we are unable to make amendments/remove booked treatments on the day of your appointment.
When booking online, our booking system takes a $1.25 deposit to confirm your appointment, this comes off the overall price of your booking at the time of your treatment.
